Environment Mode

Test mode limits the number of records synced each run.

Test Mode Record Limit

Number of DonorPerfect records to sync in test mode (default: 100)

Sync Direction

This integration is intentionally one-way. DonorPerfect remains the system of record.

🔐 DonorPerfect & HubSpot Credentials (Server-Managed)

DonorPerfect API Credentials

⚠️ DonorPerfect API credentials are not configured. Your backend admin must set DP_API_URL, DP_API_USER, and DP_API_PASSWORD in the server environment.

HubSpot Private App Token

⚠️ HubSpot Private App token is not configured. Your backend admin must set HUBSPOT_PRIVATE_APP_TOKEN in the server environment.

These secrets are stored on the server as environment variables and are never editable or visible from inside HubSpot.

⚠️ Secrets Not Configured

DonorPerfect and/or HubSpot secrets have not been detected in the server environment. You can still adjust sync mode and test record limit here, but syncs and connection tests will fail until your admin configures the environment variables.
